Replacement Windows
Click on any picture to enlarge it This new Milgard vinyl window features grids that are between the glass panels. It has the look of "parted
glass" but it is easy to clean because the grids are between the glass. The insulated glass provides a shield
against the cold and stops condensation.

We have been replacing old windows throughout Clark County since 1986. We use the finest Milgard vinyl windows
unless you request another brand. Milgard windows have an excellent reputation and a lifetime warranty. A typical
replacement job take one or two days to complete and creates very little mess for us to clean up.
This old farm house provides an example of our replacement window work. This idea in this case was to retain the
same basic "farm house" look while changing the old, leaky, broken wooden windows with modern, effecient
ones. This picture was taken in the morning, before we started work.
This picture was taken in the evening after we finished the job. New vinyl windows now grace each opening. The
old window were painted shut for many years. The new windows will provide many years of easy operation.
This old wooden window leaked air, and was painted shut. The parted glass was hard to clean. Uninsulated,
it felt cold to touch in the winter and moisture condensed on the glass in large amounts.
